This is one of my favorite restaurants, (acknowledged I love chocolate and cheese). The meats and fish have been okay but not nearly as delicious as the chocolate and cheese. The service has ranged from good to fantastic. The quirky ambiance is fun and comfortable.
My wedding reception was here. Been a customer for 20 years. The food and chocolate are devine. The Abita Rootbeer is insanely delicious.
We celebrated my Wife's birthday!! And we had a really good time, the food was great, the drinks were perfect, we recommend this Restaurant 100%! The service was excellent!! Thank you!!
I visited La Fondue recently. I had a great time. The food choices are varied. They had some awesome fondue choices. The service was great. The servers were knowledgeable. I liked that I could choose my own proteins to grill ( amongst them some exotic choices like aligator). The chocolate choices for desert were delicious. Overall, I had a great time. Outside the salad, I do think they could have served some more grilled vegetables.
Chloe is hands down the best server we’ve ever had. She’s attentive, adorable, talkative, kind, on top of it. She made our fabulous experience ever more fabulous. Thank you Chloe!!!
La Fondue is a delight! So many options and so many flavours! It's fun to cook things, stab things with the forks and dip and enjoy all the different courses. You can select different items: Cheese and beer, Cheese and wine, and Cheese and sparkling wine blends all mix up right in front of you. Multiple choices for dipping and you can take home the rest if you can't finish your feast. And the Staff is incredibly efficient and helpful! We had a great time and of course: we'll be back!
Great dinner place with amazing selection of foods and charming decor. Many choices of exotic meats for the grill and savory options for the cheese fondue. End the dinner with a flaming tortoise chololate fondue!
We like this place, no lie. If you do the math it's actually a decent value, even though it's food you cook yourself. We were there for almost two hours for just over 120. The staff is generally really good as well. Update for 2023, it's definitely a 'once a year type place'. Still a great night, but grossly overpriced now. We'll still come back.
The food here is fabulous. Pricey, but worth it for an occasional splurge! The Sunday salad with lemon tarragon dressing is delish! We love the mushroom cheese fondue, and of course the classic Swiss is always a good standby. For the entree, I recommend trying something different. The wild thing is always fun to try for meats you don't regularly see on a menu. And everyone loves chocolate fondue, right? This time our daughter wanted extra cream puffs, so the water brought her a bowl with about 7!!!????
Came here last night and it was soo good!! Our service and servers were just 10/10!!! I always love coming here. I had been here since before Covid! Can't wait to be back!!!
